I specialise in pharmaceutical (dispensing) law and practice throughout England and Wales. But as I have been a solicitor for more than 30 years, I have wide experience in many other areas of law as well, and am still very happy to take on work in a number of these. Generally my work is in contentious areas - i.e. those with which the courts are concerned - but sometimes I deal with transactional work [like drafting an agreement] as well.
Being a sole practitioner gives me great flexibility in how I work, but [very unusually for a sole practitioner], my firm has the Lexcel quality assurance mark. This certifies the processes by which legal work is done. To over-simplify, if you contact a Lexcel practice you will get an answer very quickly, and there are systems in place to ensure that this continues to be the case!
