My practice now concentrates  on a range of services for medical practitioners. 

As an experienced general legal practitioner, I have formerly concentrated on civil litigation, dealing with commercial and contractual disputes, property problems and inheritance. In fact over the years I have been involved with almost every type of problem that could come before the courts, including family and personal injury matters.

But as the specialised service which I now offer to doctors has grown considerably, I now concentrate almost entirely on a range of services for medical practitioners. As well therefore as my work in the Pharmaceutical Regulations of the National Health Service [Medical Services], I am now concerned with matters of medical partnership, including the revision of agreements, the related property transactions usually involved, and (alas, on occasions) disputes which can arise from these.  I have extensive experience of mediation procedures.

In the unlikely event of you needing help in the field of clinical negligence, I do not deal with this.

As a sole practitioner, I am able to provide a particularly responsive and rapid personal service to clients throughout the United Kingdom. I am always mindful of the costs of legal work and advise throughout on the cost effectiveness of any procedures.
